The Dynamics Doctor

J9 Founder Janine is fondly known as the Dynamics Doctor for helping leaders and teams navigate complex and emotive relationship dynamics and develop strategies that foster healthier working relationships.

Janine possesses extensive expertise in coaching, mentoring and cultivating high-performing leadership teams. She has worked as a trusted coach, mentor, and board development lead for C-Suite executive leaders and teams within a diverse range of public and private sector organisations. These include healthcare, construction, media, legal, charity, education and SMEs. She holds a Doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring and a Masters degree (with distinction) in behaviour change and coaching from Henley Business School.

Janine’s acclaimed doctorate focussed on the impact of coaching on leader emotions in the context of organisational relationship dynamics. Her research has already been granted awards, most recently an award of excellence from the Harvard McLean Institute of Coaching and The Janice Cook award from Oxford Brookes Business School.

Rebecca Savage

Rebecca has extensive experience working in healthcare within maternity services at Trust and regional level with a drive to deliver compassionate, quality, safe care. Over the years she has followed her love of learning, completing a Masters and working within Higher Education before finding leadership development and coaching. Rebecca works with leaders within the healthcare sector to enable them to create their vision and reach their potential.

A motivated and creative leader, she utilises her breadth of knowledge to bring a unique and holistic perspective to her role with J9 Consulting.

Jonathan Smith

Executive Associate, Performance Psychologist, Facilitator and Leadership Coach

Jonathan specialises in working with teams under pressure. As a performance psychologist, with a PhD in Sport Psychology, he works with professional and Olympic athletes, coaches, and athletic teams to support their continued development and achievements. He also brings this unique skill set to businesses and organisations in a wide range of industries including healthcare. During this time he honed his understanding of how people learn and how to use psychological principles to help people change their lives for the better.

At J9, Jonathan provides tailored support to help people flourish, to be happier in themselves and to achieve their personal, team or organisational outcomes. 

Hannah Landless

Creative Content Developer

Hannah is a Communications Specialist and brings a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of content creation. She has run her own Communications business for over 20 years focusing on copywriting, public relations, marketing and event management. At J9 Hannah is responsible for content and design of slide decks, proposals and other written communications.
